J.F. Kruse Terms and Conditions

We respect and committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. 

We do not store or save cardholder information or numbers. All transactions are run through our safe and secure third party company, Authorize.net.

We are PCI compliant through our Payment Provider, and we take every precaution necessary to assure that our site is safe and secure, and that your information is never saved or stored.

Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the original purchase date when accompanied by its sales slip.

The item must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all the warranty cards and explanation cards intact. Items returned within 90 days may be exchanged for a store credit. Refund will be presented in the same form as the original payment. Special orders, clearance items, completed layaways, modified, and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

Custom designed jewelry involves metal, gems, and labor furnished by J.F. Kruse Jewelers for a specific client. As such, all custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before the item is made. Every effort is made by J.F. Kruse Jewelers to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) as ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client's complete satisfaction. Minor adjustments, such as ring sizing or texturing, will gladly be made by J.F. Kruse Jewelers to accommodate the wearer.

Special order items require a 20 percent deposit and may be put on layaway for a maximum of 90 days. There must be monthly payment activity and the item must be paid in full by the end of the layaway period. Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. 

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
