CUSTOM DESIGN WORK-

Custom designed jewelry involves metal, gems, and labor furnished by J. F. Kruse Jewelers for a specific client.  As such, all custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before the item is made.  Every effort is made by J. F. Kruse Jewelers to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) as ordered.  Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client's complete satisfaction.  Minor adjustments, such as ring sizing or texturing, will gladly be made by J. F. Kruse Jewelers to accommodate the wearer.

LAYAWAY-

Most items may be put on layaway for a maximum of 90 days with a minimum deposit of 20%. There must be monthly payment activity and the item must be paid in full by the end of the layaway period. If monthly payment activity does not occur item's will be removed from layaway and restocked.  Cancelled layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with remaining balance to be issued as a store credit. Completed layaways are not returnable or exchangeable.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS-

Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the original purchase date when accompanied by this sales slip.
The item must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all the warranty cards and explanation cards intact.  Items returned within 90 days may be exchanged for a store credit.  Refund will be presented in the same form as the original payment. Special orders, clearance items, completed layaways, modified, and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
