While it’s generally best to use new metals, up to 50% of the metal in your custom piece may come from existing jewelry. You may also incorporate diamonds and gemstones with emotional and/or historical significance into your custom piece.

Our design services are completely free, so in most cases, custom jewelry is similar in price to items you would find in our showcases. The final cost is based on many factors, including complexity, metal type and quality of the diamonds and gemstones used.

Most custom designs can be completed in three to six weeks; however, we don't believe in taking shortcuts. We strongly recommend starting the process early if the piece is desired for a specific event or occasion.

Some customers do come to us with ideas about what they want their piece to look like, but our expert, non-commissioned designers are trained to help you create a beautiful, heirloom-quality piece that reflects your unique story, personality and style.
