Pricing
We don't pre-purchase our diamonds like most jewelers do. Instead, we have strong relationships with many fantastic diamond cutters who allow us to keep their best diamonds in our store. When you shop for a diamond, we show you a plethora of options according to your preferences and budget.

Because we don’t own the diamonds in our store, we don’t have a vested interest in selling you a diamond that we have in stock. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, we’ll shop the diamond cutters we work with and bring in a new selection of diamonds - just for you.

Diamond Options
You want the very best diamond for you and your loved one. If you’ve done a little research, you know there are many diamond options. At J.F. Kruse Jewelers, we offer a variety of diamond options, including natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and clarity-enhanced diamonds. Our CareFREE Warranty
We are committed to standing behind you and your jewelry for a lifetime, and we take it very seriously when we rest a piece of jewelry in a box with our name on it. That’s why we offer a free, industry-leading warranty. You get free, lifetime:

• Diamond-loss warranty
• Ring sizing
• Warranty against diamond chips or breaks
• Tightening of all diamonds and gemstones
• Warranty against prong, bezel, and channel breakage and wear
• Warranty against crown damage and wear
• Warranty against bent, broken, and worn bands
• Polishing and refinishing of all precious metals
• Rhodium plating
• Professional insurance appraisal with free lifetime updates

We require free check-ups of your jewelry every six months. Like owning a car, your jewelry needs regular cleaning and inspection to ensure it’s maintained. All warranty work is completed on-site by one of our experts, so your jewelry never leaves our store. Read more about our warranty program.

J. F. Kruse Upgrade Guidelines

All center diamonds and diamond stud earrings purchased from J. F. Kruse Jewelers are eligible.

You will receive credit equal to 100% of the original price of your natural diamond towards the purchase of your new natural diamond or natural diamond stud earrings.  

You will receive credit equal to 100% of the original price of your lab-grown diamond towards the purchase of your new lab-grown diamond or lab-grown diamond stud earrings. 

There are no pricing restrictions on upgrading your diamond or diamond stud earrings towards a new diamond with the same origin -  the price of your new diamond can be as little as $1 more than the price of your original diamond.

Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report.  Any damage to the original diamond may disqualify the diamond from our upgrade program.  Trades of natural diamonds towards lab-grown diamonds will be valued and considered on a case-by-case basis.
