We are offering a 120-day grace period for all warranty inspections. Please continue to wear and enjoy your jewelry, and know that we have your back! We encourage you to stop by and have your jewelry cleaned, polished and sanitized with our curbside services or by stopping in the store where we are enforcing best-safety practices.
How do I use curbside services?
We introduced curbside services so you can always feel comfortable stopping by J.F. Kruse Jewelers. Simply drive to our store during our open hours and call us at 320-253-4755 from your car when you arrive. One of our friendly staff will greet you at your vehicle!
What can I use curbside service for?
Our curbside services include every service you would enjoy in our store! The only difference is our friendly staff will come out to your vehicle while you wait. We provide personal shopping, in-house repairs, clean & checks, warranty inspections, order pickups, and more!
Am I still required to come into J.F. Kruse Jewelers for CareFREE Warranty inspections or Clean & Checks of my jewelry?
We understand how precious your fine jewelry is to you and we want to take care of you and your jewelry to keep it sparkling for a lifetime! We are offering a 120-day grace period for all warranty inspections but encourage you to stop by in-store or by using our curbside services, if you are comfortable, for both Warranty inspections and Clean and Checks.
If I purchase jewelry through your website, can I pick it up at the store?
Yes! When completing your purchase online, you can select Store Pickup if you'd like to stop in our store or use curbside services to pick up your order.
Are you still offering jewelry repair services?
Yes! We know how much your precious jewelry means to you and we want to help you continue to wear it! As the safety and security of our staff and customers remains a top priority, we continue to offer in-house repairs with the additional safety and health precautions noted at the top of this page.
