Our Warranty

At J. F. Kruse Jewelers, we offer:

A free one year warranty on every piece of jewelry that we sell or create
A free one year warranty on all jewelry repairs and services.
A free lifetime diamond-loss warranty on all diamond jewelry purchased from us with regular inspections every six months.

When you bring in your diamond jewelry for inspection, we:

polish and clean the piece,
tighten any loose diamonds,
install a rhodium finish on all white gold jewelry
service any other elements of the ring to make it look like brand new.

If you miss a six month inspection, simply bring the piece back in and the warranty starts over after we inspect it. If we associate the J. F. Kruse Jewelers name with a piece of jewelry, you can rest assured that we will stand behind it.
